My Weight-loss Plans
While appearance plays a role in my fitness desires, becoming healthier and feeling like I accomplished something comes first.
I have a number of fitness products that I enjoy a good idea about others to eventually own. Since I become bored of the same thing over and over again trying new things will be fun! There’s so many diet products everywhere and many of them are just too opinionated by the author. Quite frankly I’d rather do my own nutritional research to see what foods provide “what” and “how much of it.” As I said on my self-understanding blog, I like research anyway.

And with this blog entry I begin my “10lbs less by Labor Day” campaign. I still have quite a bit of yard work to do before the 100 degrees Fahrenheit days come so I want to focus more on diet changes than exercise right now. Of course yard work on an acre of land IS exercise!
